My go-to breakfast smoothie!
I have this on the days I don’t feel too hungry but I know I need that little something to get my metabolism going! Plus it’s super quick & easy. I sometimes swap out the immune boost for the energy boost if i’m feeling a bit sluggish!
1 cup of milk (I use semi-skimmed or oat milk)
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 miller light raspberry & cranberry
1/2 cup of granola
1 sachet of immune boost
Blend & enjoy!
