Chocolate & nut butter shake
I am shake obsessed at the minute, they’re so quick and easy so I thought i’d share some of my favourites with you!
#1 chocolate protein shake with peanut butter & banana
- ¾ cup sliced frozen banana
- ½ cup fat free plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- handful of ice cubes
Blend & enjoy!
tip: too thick add milk, too thin add ice!
